Rob Grant
President
Rob has over 25 years of professional sales experience in the scientific market and is a member of the Canadian Professional Sales Association. After graduating with a physics degree from McGill University, Rob joined the Photonics industry as a sales engineer for an international company, eventually running their Canadian operation. In 2006, Rob joined Delta Photonics, enabling him to offer a wider breadth of customer focused solutions to research and industrial clients.
Rob enjoys skiing, running, hockey, cycling and being active with his 3 children.

Ian Campbell
Finance Expert
Ian has over 25 years of accounting and finance experience.
Prior to joining Delta Photonics in 2007 Ian was an independent consultant helping owner managed businesses grow their companies to the next level.
Ian continues to keep his business skills sharp by holding active consulting rolls in senior management for several companies in a variety of industries.
When not working Ian enjoys spending time with his two teenaged children, boating, and working on projects around his hobby farm.

Sylvain Bosse
Sales Engineer – Quebec
Sylvain has 20 years of professional sales experience in the Photonics industry. After graduating obtaining a B.Eng. in Genie Physique from Ecole Polytechnique de Montreal, he worked in the geophysics industry, then as a technical sales manager for a laser and optics manufacturer. In 2010, Sylvain joined Delta Photonics to assist clients in the Quebec market.
He is the proud father of two boys. In his spare time, Sylvain enjoys cycling, reading books, and when time permits, sailing and traveling to exotic destinations.

Nathaniel Kajumba
Sales Engineer- Western Canada
Nathaniel has over 15 years of experience in Photonics instrumentation and sales. After graduating with a PhD in laser physics from Imperial College London, Nathaniel worked for the National Research Council Canada. He then moved to Munich where he was deputy head of an X-ray research group at the Ludwig Maximilian University & Max-Plank Institute. Throughout his research he designed, build and operated state-of-the-art optical facilities and some of the world’s most powerful lasers. In 2014, Nathaniel join Delta Photonics to leverage his experience to serve the Canadian Photonics community.
Nathaniel enjoys playing bass guitar, basketball and time with his wife and energetic son.

Chris Wernik
Sales Engineer- Ontario Academic Customers
Chris has a Bachelor of Engineering in Engineering Physics with Co-operative Education from Carleton University. He received an entrance scholarship and graduated with high distinction. He also has over 12 years of experience in sales, support, research, quality assurance, project management, and teaching assistant positions across the photonics, medical imaging, radiation oncology, defence, telecommunications, and biomedical engineering fields. His achievements include a patent, conference presentations, successful grant applications, publications, and Canadian Professional Sales Association training. This all makes Chris such an excellent fit as a Sales Representative at Delta Photonics, where the breadth of suppliers, products, customers, and applications demands such broad and relevant experience. Customer satisfaction is his highest priority. Chris enjoys spending time with his fiancée and dogs, running, and cooking.

Bala Ganesh
Sales Engineer- Ontario Industrial Customers and OEM Specialist
Bala has over 30 years sales experience in the scientific Instrumentation market.
After graduating with a Bachelors degree in Instrumentation engineering from the University of Bangalore, Bala has worked in India with Philips selling Electron Optical and X Ray products and since December 2001 in Canada as a Senior Sales Engineer with a company who were the exclusive Canadian representative of several world renowned Scientific Equipment Manufacturers, supplying the Canadian research and industrial community with state of the art equipment for Materials and Life Sciences.
In April 2012, Bala joined Delta Photonics to assist Ontario Public sector and University clients with added coverage of the Ontario Industrial segment from December 2014. Since March 2018, Bala has been focussing entirely on the Industrial clients in Ontario.
In his spare time Bala loves playing Badminton, watching and following sports and being active with his 2 children.
